Per the State Health Commissioner, all Agencies are required to have two (2) people in a 24/7 role as Ebola contacts via the Health Commerce System (HCS).  The 24/7 Ebola Lead Quick Reference document should provide you the information required to initiate the procedure.  After obtaining your id from the HCS registration page, forward that along with a legible copy of your NYS Driver’s License (scanned and sent as an e-mail attachment is preferred, faxed is typically not legible) to the HVREMSCO Office, and we will finalize your registration.
